Building a house without a design project means making decisions right on the construction site and paying for rework. Here is what is included in a private house architectural project, how much it costs in Tashkent, and how the process works.

How much does a house project cost

Architectural design of a private house at NEOSTYLE costs $20 per m². For example, a 200 m² house project is 200 × $20 = $4 000.

The price includes the architectural and structural sections. The engineering section—heating, water supply and sewerage, electrical and lighting, grounding—is quoted separately.

What you get

50–70 A3 format sheets in two sets. This is working documentation for construction: specifications, details, schedules—everything builders need to build a house without guesswork.

Design stages

• Concept design. Site visit, measurements, consideration of insolation and terrain.
• Architectural section. Site plan, floor plans, roof, facades, sections, windows, and doors.
• Structural section. Foundations, floor slabs, columns, stairs, rafters, concrete and rebar specifications.
• Architectural supervision for the entire construction period.
