How we work

We create spaces for people who value quality, aesthetics, and a systematic approach. Every project is developed individually and is never duplicated.

The bureau handles architectural design, interior design, engineering systems, and fit-out procurement. Clients do not need to navigate construction or coordinate between contractors — all decisions are documented and approved in advance.

We operate in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan. Three offices: Tashkent, Bishkek, and Almaty.

Team

The group employs over 80 people. The engineering and technical staff comprises 56 specialists, while the rest are our in-house work crews: finishers, electricians, HVAC installers, plumbers, and low-voltage technicians.

During peak workloads, we engage certified subcontractor crews, but quality control and accountability for the result remain with the bureau.
