The price is calculated per square meter. Each subsequent package includes everything from the previous one.

How the Process Works
- Space planning. Measurements, multiple options, zoning, and redevelopment if necessary.
- Visualization. 3D renderings of each room — only after the layout is approved. We make revisions until full approval.
- Working documentation. Wall elevations, lighting and socket layouts, finishing schedules, custom furniture drawings.
Architectural supervision
The first month from the start of renovation is free, then $300 per month. The designer visits the site, checks structural nodes and materials, and coordinates with the contractor so that the result matches the project.
Discounts from Suppliers
The bureau's clients receive a 5–15% discount from partner suppliers of materials and furniture — on a large project, this often covers a significant part of the design cost.
